Job Descbription:

· Responsible for the design, development, and debugging of core control algorithms for multi-rotor/fixed-wing drone flight control systems;

· Participate in drone dynamics modeling and simulation analysis, continuously optimizing flight attitude and trajectory control performance;

· Resolve complex issues such as control anomalies and vibrations during test flights to improve system smoothness;

· Draft relevant algorithm documentation and patent application materials.

equirements:

· Master's degree or above in Automation, Aircraft Design, Control Engineering, or related fields; · Proficient in classical and modern control theories (PID, LQR, Adaptive Control, etc.);

· Proficient in C/C++, familiar with MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation tools;

· Experience with PX4 / ArduPilot open-source flight control platforms is preferred.
