III. Introduction to Multi-Device Interconnection Function
01Remote Control Relay(RC Relay) Mode
First, select the option “function type” and set it to "RC Relay TX-A" on the main RC(Remote Controller) Then Bind RC with Air Unit(receiver).
Second, select the option “function type” and set it to "RC Relay TX-B" on the secondary RC Then Bind the secondary RC with the same Air Unit.
After the Binding of both main&secondary RC is completed, the main RC has the control priority. The main RC can give full control to the secondary RC through the control switch.
After the control is switched to the secondary RC, the secondary RC can give back the control to the main RC through the control switch on the secondary RC.
If one of the RC is disconnected, the control priority will automatically switch
to another.
The control status information can be viewed by clicking the green remote control icon at the upper right corner of the main interface of the UniGCS APP.
02 Dual-operator Mode
First, select the option “function type” and set it to "Dual-operator TX-A" on the main RC Then Bind RC with Air Unit.
Second, select the option “function type” and set it to "Dual-operator TX-B" on the secondary RC Then Bind the secondary RC with same Air Unit.
After the Binding of both main&secondary RC is completed, the main RC can give and take back the control of the set channel of the secondary RC through the control switch (the control switch is available on the main RC only).
03 Notice
1. Users have to rebind AU&RC after changing the Multiple links mode .
2. Wireless Repeater function is under development.
3. During the remote control relay mode or the dual-operator mode, the secondary RC is PROHIBITED from setting the data transmission baud rate, pwm, Failsafe,channel 15 mode, and the down bandwidth of the image transmission.
4. During the remote control relay mode or the dual-operator mode,image transmission mode setting is unavailable,and the mode is fixed to Bit rate Enhancement mode.
5. During the remote control relay mode or the dual-operator mode,Channel Adaption setting is unavailable,and is fixed to ‘on’.
6. If using UniGCS APP to get video streams on both main&secondary RC during Multiple Links, the image transmission downstream bandwidth of the main RC needs to be set to 20M, and the secondary RC should fill in the video RTSP address at the “camera address”.
7. During the remote control relay mode or the dual-operator mode,make sure to select same frequency band for both main&secondary RC.The frequency band setting is unavailable during Wireless Relay mode,it’s fixed to the frequency band of the RC during Binding.
8. During the remote control relay mode or the dual-operator mode,main RC image transmission IP address is set to 192.168.144.12,secondary RC image transmission IP address is set to 192.168.144.13,Relay Unit image transmission IP address is set to 192.168.144.75.
9. The Android system IP of the secondary RC needs to be manually modified (automatic modification will be updated in subsequent versions).
